Recommended Books

Throughout the course of my journey I have read a million-in-one self-help books. Okay, that might be exaggerating a bit, but truly I have done a lot of reading. There are some books that I might recommend face to face if we were holding a conversation over a particular subject (just ask some of my closet friends). But, being I’m not able to have a live one-on-one conversation with each of my viewers, I’m going to stick to the ones that have been completely life-changing and that I think would benefit other’s seeking wholeness for themselves and in their relationships. As I read others I’ll post links to those here as well.

For You:

“Anatomy of the Soul” by Curt Thompson, M.D.

“Voice of the Heart” by Chip Dodd

With A Group:

“Gospel Transformation” Bible Study  (a bit pricey, but I promise it’s worth every penny!)

“Waking Up Grey” by Jennie Schut (for those wanting to reawaken their creative side)

For You and Your Spouse:

“Hold Me Tight” by Sue Johnson
